An ultra-luxurious nie bedroom home was built for one of our regular clients who lost his original home on the same site in Hurricane Ivan. It remains on the original footprint of the house and is one of the few beach front houses directly on Seven Mile Beach.

A spectacular home with private boat access in peaceful Cayman Kai. This luxury 4 bedroom property is sited in the prestigious Cayman Kai neighbourhood and designed as an open plan Balinese style tropical home. Originally a spec air BNB home, Kembali Kai is now being used as a private vacation home.

This luxurious, seven-storey complex in the heart of Seven Mile Beach is home to 37 condominiums and the renowned Luca restaurant. Built immediately after Hurricane Ivan, this Hotel has won numerous awards including being #1 on Trip advisor in the Caribbean for many year running.

A landmark commercial building between Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach, the Fidelity Financial Centre is the home to Blue Cilantro restaurant and sveral other established Cayman businesses in the heart of the Seven Mile corridor.

Tucked away in quiet South Church Street, this four-storey condominium was one of the first of its kind in the area. The Modern design replaced the old Seaview hotel on the site. Surrounded by a few other new properties Seaview was a ground breaking development in the area and remains a timeless piece of Architecture in Cayman.

The main classroom block for Cayman Prep and High School, this three-storey classroom and lab building was designed and constructed in a record nine months, completed on time and within budget, it provides modern learning facilities for up to 300 students.

This successful development is home to restaurants, medical facilities and commercial offices servicing Grand Cayman. Caribbean Plaza was the natural extension of development to the Caribbean Club on Seven Mile Beach.
